İnformation
– Participation Requirements
With the reservation the participant accepted
and confirmed the following:
- The full amount will be transferred
to the account of the Festival organizing Yeşim Ozan.
- Only This account is Valid.
-The reservation is
not to be made directly over the hotel
-Please check
reservation confirmation from Organisatör in writing (Yeşim Ozan)
- The reservation is confirmed when
receiving a deposit of 20% of the full amount.
-The remaining amount needs to be paid at
the latest 4 weeks before the festival starts
-If the participant can not attend to the
festival due health reasons, a written notice will have to be sent to the
organizer up to 15 days of the starting date of the festival
Otherwise a refund is not possible.
-Cancellation 14-3 days before the start of
the event will require 50% cancellation fee.
-Cancellation within 3 days prior to
commencement of the event or No show require 100% cancellation fee.
-Based on availability the participant will
be offered standard rooms for reservations of 2 persons
- Transportation to the hotel shall be
organized by the participants themselves
-The
participant confirms with his/her reservation that the hotel, private problem
diseases of the festival organizer is not responsible.
-The
participant confirms that he / she participates in yoga and he / she takes
responsibility himself.
-The participant confirms he/she is fit to
attend and if necessary has discussed his / her health conditions with his/ her
medical practitioner and has no obstacles in taking part in yoga and other
related activities.
-The participant accepts the confirmation
of the event, and the possibility the event organizer may modify the program
and inform the participant of the event.
Should yoga activity not take place when it
is advertised in the programme for whatever reasons, the amount will be paid
back accordingly at the end of the stay.
-The participant accepts the participation
conditions with his reservation and assumes responsibility for his / her
participation.
-Please note that the reservation
confirmation shall be received by mail in writing. Should you not receive it,
please ask again.
-The participant can extend the stay by 1
week depending on the possibility of the hotel capacity
And has the possibility to get a discount offered
by the festival organizers.

4 nights without alcohol- all-inclusive
Standard Room
Single Price in Standard room 270,- Eur
(Surcharge)- depends on availably by the hotel
Two persons sharing in Standard room 225,-

Not
included in the price:
Transfer from and to hotel, flight ticket,
Special Events, Shopping, Extra Tour, final concert…)
Possibility: discount for students,
pensioners and participants who helps volunteer
Festival provides potential developments in
both areas health and personal, including some coaching
Please, remember to bring:
Yoga mat, yoga cushion, swimming dress,
walking shoes, Health İnsurance….
